Q: What are reception hours?
Reception hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm, Sunday CLOSED.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
A $100.00 deposit is required when booking is made.
Q: Is there car parking at the property?
We have secure underground car parking.
Q: Do you have internet facilities?
We have wireless internet facilities?
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
The apartments are serviced weekly?
Q: Is all linen provided?
All linen and towels are provided?
Q: Do you have after hours check-ins?
Yes, we leave your key in a safe at the front door. You may call earlier in the day for the code or get it from our after hours service on arrival.
